The S-4 series represents a significant step in energy consumption, noise emissions and ease of maintenance. Available from 37 to 160 kW, all S-4 models use a premium airend developed in-house — BOGE's IntegrateDrive — designed for maximum efficiency and virtually maintenance-free operation.
The tried and tested S-3 series remains widely specified for its intelligent design: a horizontal receiver separates the air and oil mixture in conjunction with a preseparator, the cooling function works even with the system open for maintenance and test runs, and winding temperature is monitored as standard.

Whether oil or air cooler, both can be removed via a side service door for straightforward maintenance and cleaning.
Optimised airend
Optimal peripheral speed and an advanced rotor profile deliver high efficiency, either for direct drive with optional speed control or with IntegrateDrive.
SilentMount isolation
The drive motor, airend and oil separation tank are secured to the base frame on elastic mountings, isolating vibration and lowering noise.
Clean intake air
Intake air is pre-separated and then fine-filtered on all S-4 models, for effective cleaning and minimum airend wear.
Quieter by design
A large multi-directional cooling air duct keeps the sound pressure level generated by the drive and the airend to a minimum.
