Laser cutting consumes nitrogen in volume, and delivered gas carries delivery schedules, cylinder or tank rental, handling, and a price you do not control. On-site generation turns that into a fixed asset and an electricity cost.
We supply Nano nitrogen generators sized to the purity and flow your machines need, and where the cutting head requires high pressure, generated nitrogen is boosted to 300 bar using Sauer compressors. For shops running on air rather than nitrogen, we supply 15 bar screw compressors with the treatment to match.

Wet or contaminated gas damages optics that cost far more than the compressor. Drying and filtration are specified alongside, not afterwards.
