The BOGE C series has acquired a reputation for being particularly reliable: the number of pipes and connections has been kept to a minimum, which keeps maintenance simple. The modular design lends itself to fully customisable and integrated complete solutions, so maximum performance and efficiency come with a minimal footprint.
The motto “plug and work” applies to all models and configurations. Even if you specify an optional compressed air receiver you receive a fully wired compact unit, meaning you can configure your compressed air station whichever way suits your needs.

Compact design

Effective insulation
All models are packaged with a high grade cast iron fully integrated modular airend for optimum protection and additional sound dampening. C 4 to C 9 models include a sound enclosure as standard.
Efficiency-optimised compression
An optimised screw profile and BOGE's compact integrated airend design mean increased free air delivery with minimal power consumption, and less pipework means reduced flow losses.
Integrated frequency control
On all C-2 models, optional integrated frequency control matches volumetric flow to actual demand — reducing energy use and prolonging service life by cutting harmful start/stop cycles.
Optional refrigerant dryer
Whether base-mounted or on-receiver, the optional refrigerant dryer is totally integrated and requires no additional space.
Choice of receivers
Receiver sizes up to 750 litres across all performance classes. Machines from 11 to 22 kW are available on a galvanised receiver for significantly better corrosion protection.

Control, from one machine to a whole station
The standard base control has everything needed to run the compressor autonomously as a turnkey station, including automatic frost protection and integrated leak monitoring that identifies system leaks during production downtime. Above that sit focus control 2.0 for networking up to four machines, master control for load and idle optimisation, and airtelligence provis 3 for an unlimited station.
