Compressor condensate is not clean water.
Every compressed air system produces condensate, and on a lubricated machine that condensate carries oil. Discharging it to drain untreated is an environmental offence, and one that is straightforward to avoid.
We supply Sterling oil/water separators, which split the oil from the water so that the water can be discharged legally and only the separated oil needs disposal, and Hi-line timed drains to remove condensate reliably without dumping compressed air along with it.

Oil/water separators
Separate the oil content from compressor condensate so the remaining water can be discharged to foul drain within consent, and the oil disposed of as waste.
Timed drains
Discharge accumulated condensate on a timed cycle. Simple and reliable, and far better than a manual valve nobody remembers to open.
Zero-loss options
A drain that opens on a timer will vent compressed air with the condensate. Level-sensed drains discharge only when there is something to discharge.
Serviced with the system
Separator media has a service life. It is checked and changed as part of a maintenance contract rather than left until it stops working.
